Delivery Times

Our goal is to offer you the best shipping options possible.  We source our products from several vendors within the US, Europe and Asia. This allows us to offer competitive prices on high quality products.  We strive to provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times.

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

• Processing time: Order verification, quality check and packaging. All orders are sent to the manufactuer for dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed. 
• Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination.  International delivery usually takes about 15–40 business days. US orders are shipped by e-packet, which is a US Postal Service product. After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 7-14 business days to arrive at their destination but can take longer from time to time.

Because we ship from multiple warehouses, the average ETA is 12-20 business days for any items that may ship from our international warehouses you may receive these items in a separate shipment and all information on your order will be updated and delivered in timely a manner.

We will email you're tracking number within 3 business days of the order being confirmed (Holidays and weekends would be the only exception).

Shipping Rates

For all orders being delivered in the USA shipping is Free for orders over $100.00.

Flat rate fee of $15.00 for all of Canada and Mexico on orders $99.99 and under, for orders $100.00 and over shipping is Free.

Flat rate fee of $35.00 for World Wide shipping beyond North America on orders 149.99 or below, for orders $150.00 and over shipping is Free.

For bulk orders in excess of $1,500.00 please contact customer service for shipping cost.
